Unrefined Cacao Butter - Organic

Made from the King of Cacao - organic unroasted Criollo cacao beans from Peru. 
 
This ultra premium, high-quality aromatic cacao butter is used in our very own award winning chocolate.
 
In its natural state, unrefined cocoa butter has a pale yellowish colour. It also has the same odour that is typically associated with chocolate.
 
Used by chocolate makers, through the process of roasting cocoa beans, and then grind the beans up with sugar and added cocoa butter (in addition to the amount present in the cocoa beans), to create chocolate.
